Returns Policy

  • For an exchange, credit, refund or repair we ask for your name, telephone number and address in addition to your receipt.
  • We may need to conduct an assessment of your product to determine whether a repair, replacement or refund is appropriate. Certain technical products may need to be sent to the manufacturer or their repair agent for assessment
  • All items must be returned in their original unopened & un damaged condition
  • You will be liable for postage and handling costs for all returns
  • Tracking reference must be provided to allow Platinum Supply to track all returns
  • Items must be returned within 30 days for an exchange, credit or refund
